Delegate Pushkin moved to amend HB5096 on page 4, Section 8, line 93, following the word "disabilities" by striking out the period, inserting a semicolon, and the following:

"and

(22) Opioid treatment facilities. Notwithstanding the provisions of §16B-13-12 of this code, effective July 1, 2026, the Authority may authorize additional opioid treatment facilities upon a determination that such facilities are needed."
